Radványi and Partners has broad experience
in real estate transactions as well as in real estate investment and
development projects. We
advise residential parks and holiday villa park investment projects, structuring
deals, advising Clients in legal, tax and in other issues. Drafting all connecting
agreements.
We are also involved in industrial real
estate development. Assisting clients in the building up of manufacturing
plants from the very beginning until the finalization of the building
process and licensing of the factory’s activity. We advise clients, among
others, in the selection of the most suitable property for the project,
negotiating the purchase conditions, drafting the purchase and sale
agreement, assisting the selection of the building contractor firm, negotiating
with them and drafting the construction agreement, negotiating with the local
and governmental authorities, receiving all licenses, including the
licenses necessary for the technology the manufacturing plant is to use.
Our office also represented major American energy
companies in power plant investment and development projects.
We represent major real estate project
development companies and investors also. Our office has dealt with one of the
largest villa-park projects in Hungary, representing the foreign investors
interests.
Members
of our office have broad experience also in connecting administrative
matters, like building and activity licensing, representation in land
registry procedures, changing out-town lands’ official status to inner-city
ones, etc.
We also assist in the
establishment of mortgage on real estate as security.
