Tax advising
In the scope of tax advising we provide
information for our clients on Hungarian taxation rules, and also advises
on the possibilities and the scope of application of the rules.
For foreign investors we make a
recommendation on the company form of the business, as well as on the
establishment of the ownership structure of it.
Beyond the company form and the ownership
structure advises are provided on the capital structure of the Hungarian
investment and also on the up-capitalization of it. We monitor the
financing possibilities that can be used most efficiently, as well as we
make a proposal which financing possibility to chose.
Information is supported on the possibly applicable taxes, like on the
rules of corporate tax, personal income tax, excise tax, VAT and local
taxes, on the social security contributions and on the application of
those, as well as on the various transaction taxes (property transfer tax,
gift tax, inheritance tax etc.)
We conclude a survey whether - and what
kind of - local or state tax allowances can be applied for the given
investment.
